Sometimes I want to sit down and make a dozen cards right away – just stamps and ink and paper. There is a new brochure called Experience Creativity that features a few stamp sets that are so right for these simple stamping projects. If you’d like a copy of it, just let me know. The graphic artists at Stampin Up! have done a great job of giving us samples of all the stamps and dies and embellishments in our catalogs and brochures.
Check out this cute and simple project. The stamp set is called Hoot Hoot Hooray. I CASE’d the sample in the brochure. I used our Whisper White notecards and stamped the flowers in basic gray ink. Then I colored them with my watercolor pencils. Quick and easy. See my envelope? I stamped the flowers on the back flap of my envelope. No naked envelopes. LOL.
Now for the CHALLENGE –
I have not sent out many cards lately. I teach classes, I make cards, I help others make cards, and it seems I hoard mine. Time for that to stop! I challenge all y’all to join with me and start sending out our beautiful handmade cards. Let’s send out at least a dozen between now and August 1st. Everyone who does this will get a fun surprise from me! How about a new embellishment and more cards to send out? I promise it will be fun and you will like it.
Who’s in with me??
