Oh my goodness!! I am definitely in inspiration overload!!
Saturday was the Fort Worth Regional Stampin Up event. A group of us – a very fun group! – left my house about 6 am and headed to Fort Worth. It was so fun to be with about 500 other ladies who were stampin crazy like us.
As we stood in the hall waiting to get into the ballroom, we started swapping cards with some of the other ladies. Note: This was my first event and I brought 40 cards…..next time I'll bring a 100 or more cards!!!!
This is my swap card.
Stamp sets: Aviary, Word Play, Teahouse
Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush, Whisper White
Ink: concord Crush, Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade
Accessories: Boho Blossoms punch, Glitter brads (we got some free on Saturday!!), Basic Rhinestones, Tasteful Trim Big Shot die, dimensionals
I cased this card from an earlier post from Patty Bennett.
We met some new friends on Saturday – and here is my new friend Kathy's swap card:
Isn't it cute?!
Kathy sat at the same table we did and we had a good time getting to know her a little as we watched some amazing presentations!
We learned some new techniques and got some fabulous ideas. You'll see and hear more about that as the week goes on. Be sure and check back each day for new postings and fun thoughts from Regional.
I'm going to post several pictures from the display boards. This board had hybrid cards. We had a great presentation using hybrid cards – the floral image is created with background papers through My Digital Studio, printed and attached to the card. I love it!
Here are a couple of other pictures from the display boards. There were lots of ideas to CASE.
If you are in one of my hostess clubs meeting this coming Saturday, I hope to use a copy of these new ideas with y'all. We'll have a great time!
If you'd like to see some of the new techniques and great ideas we learned at Regional, let me know and we'll set up a time for a workshop! You can even get free stuff – ask me how.
Here's a teaser — have you ever thought about cutting your ribbon with a big shot die? Oh my goodness — you will love the results!!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope something you see here inspires you to stamp!
